| “Highly recommend this company! Had a great experience with James, Chad and Nate. Support after the sale and installation was excellent! Chad was very detail oriented and careful with the installation, which I really appreciated. He treated our home like it was his own. When we had low water pressure in one bathroom and the kitchen sink after the water softener installation, I was worried it was because of the new system. But it wasn't. James and Chad helped me troubleshoot the issue until it was resolved. There was just a little sediment clogging the aerators in the bathroom and I easily fixed that myself after they suggested that was the issue. They were right. Regarding the kitchen, Chad even came back to my home and found and fixed the problem in the supply lines for my kitchen sink, which had low water pressure since we had moved into the home and before the water softener installation. | “James did a great job leading me to choose his company over the other 3 that I looked into, and I only looked into those with great reviews. These guys have all 5 star reviews, and I get why. James and team seemed to be the best, and pricing was really fair. I went with the top of the line computerized whole home filtration/softening + reverse osmosis at the sink, and connected to fridge. We had this type setup in NJ in our last home for about 5 years. It’s a MUST have for a lot of reasons. When Chad came the day of the install to do everything, I realized there likely isn’t a better or more passionate individual in any business, not just this one. The whole experience was just perfect.
